Does a free account start a subscription?
No. Create an account and share your requirements first. A paid subscription starts after scope, plan and payment authorisation are agreed.
What does the subscription include?
The initial build, deployment, hosting and your plan’s modification allowance within the agreed scope. Domain and third-party service costs are listed separately.
When is change allowance used?
Submitting a request uses no allowance. KDS reviews the scope first; your approval reserves it, and delivery acceptance uses it. Verified defect fixes are handled separately.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Automatic collection requires your authorisation. We send reminders before an annual renewal on unchanged terms. Request cancellation from your account; our team confirms the end date and final balance.
Can I request my source code?
Paid-product owners can request it at any time. Release requires the commitment period to have ended, settled invoices and KDS review. Annual prepayment does not shorten the commitment.
